Dana Van Horn, nationally known artist and Baum school instructor, will give a presentation on "Tips to Improve Your Landscape Painting" at this week's meeting of the Carbon County Art League. The meeting will be at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Penn-Kidder Senior Center, 1874 Route 903, Jim Thorpe.

Van Horn's work is included in the Allentown Art Museum's permanent collection and in many private collections in the area and across the country. He has taught painting in oil, acrylic and watercolor as well as pastel at the Baum School of Art for many years.
