A Dauphin County motorcyclist is facing a charge of driving under the influence following a one-vehicle crash in Schuylkill County.

State police at Schuylkill Haven said Garry Martz, 53, of Gratz, was driving a 2011 Victory bike westbound on Route 895 about 9 p.m. Friday. He attempted to turn right onto Dad Burnhams Road, when his bike slid onto its side and came to rest along the shoulder.Martz was injured and taken to the Schuylkill Medical Center-South Jackson Street in Pottsville.The police report indicates a DUI charge is pending.
