Charges are pending against Lucas L. Coxe, 34, of Weatherly, following a traffic stop on Claremont Avenue in Rush Township on July 1.

Coxe faces charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana, pending the results of blood tests taken at Schuylkill Medical Center-South Jackson Street in Pottsville.
