A Shenandoah man will be cited following a one-vehicle crash in Rush Township on Jan. 31.

Miguel A. Pelaez Cojon, 26, was traveling east on Route 54 at 8:20 a.m. operating a Dodge Durango. He told police he fell asleep at the wheel and the Dodge left the roadway, about one-half mile east of Lake Hauto.Cojon was transported to the hospital for treatment of unspecified injuries.
