Rush Township police have cited Rhonda McFarland, 37, of Coaldale, in connection with a shoplifting incident on Jan. 24.

McFarland allegedly removed merchandise valued at $281.02 from the Hometown Commons Walmart.She was cited for retail theft and receiving stolen property.
