Lance Allen Moser Jr., 24, of 225 S. Chestnut St., Summit Hill, is facing multiple charges filed against him by Jim Thorpe police, stemming from two separate incidents in the borough.

He was charged with driving under the influence and careless driving after an incident at 9:10 p.m. Dec. 9 on the Flagstaff Road.Police said Moser is also facing several charges as a result of an incident at 5:53 a.m. Oct. 31 in the parking lot of the Turkey Hill store on Susquehanna Street.Those offenses include driving under the influence, resisting arrest, institutional vandalism, unlawful possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, persistent disorderly conduct and public drunkenness.
