A 14-year traditioncontinued this year as the Marian High School community sponsored a "Giving Tree" to benefit families through Catholic Charities of Lansford and Catholic Social Services of the Scranton Diocese. Dozens of gifts will be delivered to children and young adults up to the age of 20. Thanks to tremendous support from the Berger Family Dealerships of Hazle Township, new coats and blankets will also be distributed. Sorting through the gifts are Marian studentsCassandra Hoben, Emily Reinoehl, Kaylee Ceci and Juliana Oberto.
