The bride-to-be is the daughter of Janet V. and David S. Welsh of Lansdale. A graduate of North Penn High School and Susquehanna University, she is employed as the regional educational executive at L'Oreal in New York City.The prospective bridegroom is the son of Mary Ellen Donohue of Lake Hauto and the late Ricky H. Donohue, and the grandson of Beryl and Charles "Brum" Donohue of Tamaqua.A graduate of Marian Catholic High School and LaSalle University, he is employed as the eastern regional sales manager for the Genuine Parts Company.
