A Drums, Luzerne County, woman has been charged by McAdoo police following a traffic stop on Aug. 3.

When Kristina Carlyon, 29, was stopped for having heavily tinted windows, officers noted several signs of intoxication. She admitted to having a few drinks at Dano's Pub and was asked to perform field sobriety tests, which she failed.Blood tests indicate she had a blood-alcohol content of 0.122 percent, almost three times the legal limit of 0.08.She was cited for driving under the influence of alcohol and for the illegal window tint.
