County makes personnel moves

Schuylkill County commissioners have hired Heather Brown as full-time director of clinical reimbursement/coordinator of restorative nursing and medical records at the county nursing home at Rest Haven.

Brown, of Pine Grove, will earn $62,000 a year at the job.Commissioners on Wednesday also accepted the resignation of Lisa Reese of Shenandoah from her job as assistant director of nursing at the home. She earned $54,992.They also hired Maria Quinn of Seltzer as a full-time registered nurse/head nurse, at $21.95 an hour.Commissioners transferred Giuseppe Conigliaro of St. Clair and Keyshia Ruff of Orwigsburg from part-time to full-time nurses' aides at $12.44 an hour each, and accepted the resignation of Sandra Mesa of Pottsville from her job as a part-time nurses' aide.They approved the hiring of three people at the Children and Youth Services Agency. Mikki Zimmerman of Eldred Township was hired as a caseworker one at $16.756 an hour; Kaytelin Rhody of Cressona and Dajone Fairell of Schuylkill Haven were hired as caseworkers two at $18.04 an hour each.Commissioners accepted the resignation from the Sheriff's Department of part-time security officer Robert D. Bozylinski of Lost Creek. They also promoted a number of employees in the Adult Probation Department:Francis Lally of Ashland adult probation officer one at $21.03 an hour; Michael Hayes of Barnesville to adult probation supervisor two at $32.59 an hour; Robert Houston of Saint Clair to intensive probation officer two at $27.43 an hour; Lisa Conville of Foster Township to adult probation officer two at $24.13 an hour and as sex offender coordinator at $92.02 biweekly; and Neil Stefanisko of Gordon to electronic monitoring coordinator at $92.02 biweekly.Keith Hoppes of Tower City was hired as an assistant district attorney at $25,575. Jacqueline Pellish of Pottsville was hired as an engineering technician/ planner at $35,297.Commissioners accepted the resignation of Joseph J. Yesavage of Brockton from his job as security guard in the Sheriff's office.Commissioners also approved the transfer of Paige Webber of Wayne Township from the Children and Youth Services Agency to Adult Probation aide at $13.21 an hour, and appointed Joshua Whalen of Saint Clair as an unpaid intern.
