Trying to build a minimart in Lehighton is turning into a macro-project for the builder.

Joseph Moffit, representing Atlantic Oil and Heating Company, blames the delays on borough officials. He claims approval is needed from too many agencies which do not work together.Lehighton officials claim Moffit has addressed all the concerns which have arisen regarding the project. The officials said Moffit has to comply with borough regulations.
