State police at the Lehighton barracks are investigating a criminal mischief incident that was reported at 5:28 p.m. April 12 in Towamensing Township.

The victim is Gerald Snyder, 67, of Lehighton.Police said someone put scratch marks on the victim's cars while they were parked at 8775 Interchange Road in the township.
