The 19th annual Skippy Dietz Rabies Clinic will be held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday at the Lake Harmony Rescue Squad building, 105 Lake Drive, Lake Harmony. Shots for both dogs and cats will be available for $10 each. All animals must be in a cage or on a leash.

The clinic is dedicated in memory of Sandi Dietz, who spearheaded this clinic to combat rabies.

Carbon County Treasurer Ron Sheehan will be on hand to sell dog licenses. Applications for Monroe County will also be available. It is the law that all dogs three months and older must have a dog license. Dog licenses are also available by calling your county treasurer's office.

Dr. Sharon Lachette of the White Haven Veterinary Hospital has again agreed to donate her time to administer the inoculations.

The rescue building is located 1.4 miles west on Route 903, next to Shenanigan's Restaurant. For further information, call 570-722-1782 or email rabiesclinic@lakeharmonyems.com.
