Lehighton police are investigating the reported armed robbery of the Carbon Mini-Mart, First and Iron streets, at 9:32 p.m. Wednesday.

The robber was armed with a knife, according to police, and wearing a dark hooded jacket, dark pants, a full face mask, white high-top sneakers and black gloves with white trim.The robber fled the store and headed west, toward Iron Street.Anyone who witnessed this person leaving the store, or anyone with information about the incident, is asked to call police at (610) 377-4003.
