Linda Yulanavage, Executive Director, Tamaqua Chamber of Commerce, and Dale Freudenberger, President, Tamaqua Historical Society, place flowers at the Tamaqua Train Station in honor of the late Ken Smulligan. Smulligan, a member and past president of Tamaqua Borough Council. Smulligan played a key role in the restoration of the historic station. He died unexpectedly last Monday at the age of 66.
