Pocono Health System, with its vision to build a healthier community, will be offering a healthy free breakfast and discussion from 7:30-9 a.m., Thursday, Nov. 14 at the Stroudsmoor Country Inn, Terraview, 231 Stroudsmoor Road, Stroudsburg.
