Colleen Riley, 52, of Barnesville, has been charged in connection with a Sept. 22 crash on Fairview Street in Rush Township. The accident was reported at 7:10 p.m.

Township police said Riley was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and traffic violations. Blood tests taken at Schuylkill Medical Center-S. Jackson St., Pottsville, indicated she had a blood-alcohol content of .261 percent, more than three times the legal limit of .08.
