The West Penn Township Lions Club will sponsor the Seventh Annual West Penn Community Christmas Tree Lighting program. The event will begin at 5 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 30, at the township annex building. The evening will include cookies, caroling, cocoa and a visit from Santa.

The public is welcome to attend.
