A Monroe County teen has been charged with harassment.

State police at Fern Ridge said a 14-year-old male was cited after he and Vito Iacolelli, 66, of Effort, got involved in an altercation about 9:12 p.m. on Nov. 13 at 1531 Starry Lane, in Chestnuthill Township. Troopers said the altercation turned physical and the teen was then cited.
