Rush Township police are preparing to file charges against Amanda L. Manning, 23, of Hazleton, following an incident on Nov. 11 at the Hometown Commons Walmart.

Manning allegedly stole merchandise valued at $292.44 from the retail store, reportedly around 1:43 a.m.She will be charged with retail theft.
