Laura Raibeck, daughter of Elizabeth Raibeck, Albrightsville, and the late Edward Raibeck, was united in marriage to Jonathan Dufresne, son of Raymond and Linda Dufresne of Atkinson, N.H. on Oct. 5, 2013 in Vancouver, BC Canada.

The bride is a 2002 graduate of Jim Thorpe Area High School. In 2006 she earned a bachelor of science degree in mechanical engineering and a bachelor of arts degree in German from Lafayette College.In 2008 she graduated with a master's degree in mechanical engineering from Georgia Tech.She is employed as a mechanical engineer at Automotive Fuel Cell Cooperation.The bridegroom is a 2001 graduate of Timberlane Regional High School in Plaistow, N.H.He graduated in 2005 from Lafayette College with a bachelor of science degree in electrical and computer engineering.He is employed as a software engineer at eRezLife Inc.The newlyweds are planning to honeymoon in Hawaii.They currently reside in Vancouver.
