State police at Frackville reported on the following arrests.
David Alexander McDowell, 32, of Girardville, was charged with retail theft for an incident at the Sears Department Store in the Schuylkill Mall in New Castle Township.
Troopers said McDowell was in the store about 4:30 p.m. on Monday, May 27, and allegedly attempted to hide two bottles of fragrance on his person. He was approached by store security and the items were found.
On May 24 about 10:45 a.m. in the 600 block of Wyoming Avenue, in Tuscarora, Schuylkill Township, a 32-year-old female and Kevin Gieniec, 28, were involved in a alteration at the victim's home. Gieniec allegedly grabbed the female and pushed her. He was cited for harassment, troopers said.
On Sunday, May 26, about 6 a.m. troopers responded to the area of Pine Drive in Cass Township, after the Schuylkill County Communications Center received a 9-1-1 call from Victor Weller, 19, of Orwigsburg.
He told the center he was at a party the night before, got his Jeep Wrangler stuck in a ditch in woods and was lost and could not find his way out. Troopers located Weller and observed that he had been drinking alcohol and was intoxicated.
He was cited for underage drinking.
