A Tamaqua man was cited three times last week for allowing his dogs to bark incessantly.

Officers were dispatched to the home of Steven Michael Llewellyn, 47, 317 Owl Creek Rd., at 9:19 p.m. on May 13, at 11:05 p.m., on May 14 and at 1:15 p.m., and on May 16. Each time officers responding heard the dogs and contacted or attempted to contact Llewellyn.The May 16 incident marked the 26th time Llewellyn has been cited for the same offense since June of 2010.
