A former resident of the Tamaqua ABC Hi Rise has been cited for littering after he dumped two television sets on the grass area at the rear of the property.

Dennis Wayne Potwin, 59, whose current address is in Pottsville, left the items when he moved out on Feb. 28. In addition to fines and court costs, the citation will also include disposal fees imposed by Potwin's former landlord.
