Jim Thorpe Area two-sport star Patrick Duvigneaudwill play football and baseball at Delaware Valley College next fall.

Duvigneaud was a three-year varsity letter winner in baseball and a two-year letter winner in football.

During the 2012 football season, Duvigneaud threw for 1,750 yards and 16 touchdowns while rushing for an additional 879 yards and 15 touchdowns. In his career, he threw for 3,023 yards and 30 touchdowns and ran for 1,136 yards to go along with 15 touchdowns.

His accomplishments in football earned him PIAA All-State First Team honors, a 2nd Team All Anthracite selection, a place on the Morning Call All-Area Team and an SCFCA Schuylkill All-Star nod.

Duvigneaud is currently the catcher and the captain for the Olympian baseball team.

Other school activities Duvigneaud is involved with include powerlifting and digital yearbook.

While at Delaware Valley, Duvigneaudwill major in business management.
