A Monroe County woman is facing charges including corrupton of minors.
Pocono Mountain Regional police said Crystal Donnelly, 29, of Long Pond, is also facing a charge of furnishing drug-free urine-use or attempt.
According to police they began an investigation on April 17 of possible child abuse involving Donnelly. Police said they learned that Donnelly was providing urine to officials for drug screens.
Police interviewed a seven-year-old child who resides with Donnelly and learned she was having the child urinate in a cup. Police also interviewed an adult who was living at the residence and they said Donnelly asked them to do the same thing but refused.
On Tuesday police arrested Donnelly at the office of District Judge Colleen Macuso in Brodheadsville. Bail was set at $2,500. Police did not indicate if Donnelly posted the bail.
