Meyer faces a charge of theft filed by West Penn Township Patrolman Lance Monaghan, belonging to Michael Zulkowski, 100 Pennsylvania Avenue, Shenandoah Heights.
Jason Patrick Petrucelli, 35, Richlandtown, had his bench warrant dissolved by Miller and bail set at $5,000 percentage cash with conditions he must reside at 32 S. Linda Court, Richlandtown, and must not relocate without prior consent from the district attorney's office, shall not possess nor consume alcohol beverages or controlled substance nor possess drug paraphernalia and shall not travel outside of Pennsylvania without written permission from the district attorney.

District Attorney Karen Byrnes Noon filed motions in court to dismissed charges against five defendants and President Judge William E. Baldwin entered a nolle-prosequi ordered in the referred cases.
Edward David Williams, 28, Minersville, had charges of passing a bad check dismissed as the Noon informed the court he had made full restitution in amount of $500 and the victim agreed to have the charges dropped, The check was for damages caused to an apartment.
Frank Chartier, 46, Ashland, had a charge of theft of a cell phone taken which belonged to David Young, Minesville, dismissed as the court was informed restitution of $309 was made and the victim agreed not to continue with prosecution.
Ron Phillip Heidel, 35, Orwigsburg, had charges of simple assault and harassment which arose from a domestic altercation, dismissed as the victim did not wish to follow through with prosecution.
Alexandra Marie Calabrese, 23, Schuylkill Haven, had charges of aggravated and simple assault and recklessly endangering another person dismissed as the district attorney informed the court she was unable to find the victim after many attempts
Jamie Paul Robbins, 33, Schuylkill Haven, had charges of criminal attempt to commit theft from motor vehicles dismissed. Noon informed the court she has no evidence theft was committed.
David Allen Noll, 41, Orwigsburg, who had pleaded guilty last Nov. 20 to five counts to having involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with juveniles ages 10 years of age, was sentenced by Judge John E. Domalkes, who determined Noll was a sexual violent predator, to serve 30 to 60 years in a state correctional facility. He will have to register under Megan's Law and the Adam Walsh Law for life and abide by sex offender conditions regarding minor children.
Sharon A. Smith, Minersville, lost her appeal from being found guilty by a district judge of a code enforcement violation as Judge John E. Domalakes upheld the district judge's ruling and the fine and costs totaling $1,159.95 stand. The Tremont Borough code enforcement officer charged her with owning an unsafe building on Main Street in the borough.
