Two Tamaqua Scouts crossed over from Webelos to Cub Scouts during the Arrow of Light Ceremony at the annual Tamaqua Boy and Cub Scout banquet held recently at the St. John's

Organizers said the ceremony is in essence a 'coming of age' ceremony symbolizing that Cub Scouts are now ready to become Boy Scouts.
