Dwayne Vines and Travon Pugh, both 19 and of Tobyhanna, are facing charges filed against them by Pocono Mountain Regional police.

Police said they were in the area of the Pocono Farms East development in Tobyhanna at 2:15 a.m. July 27 to investigate a report of gunshots heard in the area. While investigating police conducted a traffic stop of a vehicle, whose occupants were Vines and Pugh. Police said a search of the vehicle revealed marijuana and other various drug paraphernalia.Police said Vines will be charged with various drug crimes and Pugh will be charged with underage drinking.
