Four area residents were among 26 people who were admitted by President Judge Willliam E. Baldwin in the Accelerated Rehabilatative Disposition (ARD) probation program at a hearing held in Schuylkill County court.

The program is reserved for first offenders to non-violent crimes to allow them to serve a probation period to clear their record.

All were placed in the program for a year, unless otherwise noted:

James L. Albaugh, 39, of 11 Saint Ann St., Barnesville, driving under the influence (DUI) of alcohol, assessed $500 to defray cost of the program, pay $100 to Substance Abuse Education (SAE) program, $50 to Criminal Justice Enhancement Account(CJEA) fund, $50 to Mcare fund, attend highway safety school, and driver's license suspended 60 days. Andrea F.Stegmeier, 60, of 260 Chain Circle, New Ringgold, false and fraud filing of insurance form, insurance fraud, criminal attempt to commit theft, and conspiracy, two years probation, assessed $350, pay $50 to CJEA fund, and perform 50 hours of community service but may be excused from community service due to medical reasons. Jonathan Lee Potter, 27, of 234 E.
