Tamaqua White used a dominant pitching performance to shut down the Franklin Blue offense en route to a 9-0 win in the Panther Valley Little League Tournament.

Dominic Banditelli and Tate Ligenza combined to pitch five shutout innings for Tamaqua with Banditelli going 4.1 to start the game before giving way to Ligenza for the final two outs.Banditelli paced the offense with two hits and three RBIs. Pierce Demetriades, Randy Steigerwalt and Luke Mateyak all scored two runs in the win.Mason Barndt had two hits for Franklin.
