A two car accident Thursday afternoon shut down Route 902 at the bottom of Bugzie's Mountain for about 45 minutes.

There were no injuries in the crash.

According to Summit Hill police, a car driven by Joseph Jevitt, Hazleton, was westbound on White Bear Drive and failed to stop at a stop sign at the Route 902 intersection.

This resulted in a collision with a car driven by Donald Woodring of Tamaqua, say police. Woodring was traveling west on Route 902.

Traffic control during the clean-up was handled by Summit Hill fire police.

Police said charges against Jevitt are pending.
