Deborah E. Reiff, 54, of McAdoo, is facing charges of retail theft after she allegedly removed $30.41 worth of merchandise from the Hometown Commons Wal-Mart.

The incident took place at 3:05 p.m. on July 9. Charges will be filed by Rush Township police.
