Five 15-year-old males will be cited for disorderly conduct following an incident in Tamaqua on July 8.
A resident of the East End section of town called police at 6:50 p.m. to report that a group of juveniles had been ringing his doorbell, then running away. This happened three times before the complainant and a neighbor were able to stop the quintet and hold them for police.
One of the teens was from the neighborhood, three were from the Dutch Hill area and one was from Brockton. All five were issued the nontraffic citations and released to the custody of their parents or a responsible adult.
