A Carbon County resident is facing a charge of retail theft for an incident at a Lehigh County store.

State police at Fogelsville said Brock Arner, of 172 Ben Salem Road, Lehighton, was charged for an incident at the Wal-Mart store at 1091 Millcreek Road in Lower Macungie Township.Troopers allege that Arner took an airsoft pistol and placed it down his pants and left the store without paying for it. The incident occurred about 12:27 p.m. on Wednesday, July 10, troopers said.
