Harassment incidents

State police at the Lehighton barracks are investigating the following harassment incidents.

• A 16-year-old girl from Kunkletown was cited for harassmentfollowing an incident at 7 p.m. June 13 in the 9000 block of Sherwood Drive in Polk Township.Police said the charge was filed after a verbal argument turned physical. The victim in the case is a 19-year-old woman from Kunkletown.• A 43-year-old Kunkletown woman was charged with harassment and disorderly conduct after an incident at 8:45 p.m. July 1 in the 300 block of Kunkletown Road in Eldred Township. The victim is a man from Bangor.Police said the victim reported the woman was walking in the middle of Kunkletown Road and was advised to move off the roadway, after which time she began shouting and lunging at the victim.• A 31-year-old man from Monroe County is the victim in a harassment incident that is being investigated by state police at the Lehighton barracks.The incident was reported at 12:20 a.m. June 16 at 116 Lower Middle Creek Road, Polk Township.Police said the man reported an unknown person allegedly punched him.• State policesaid two people will be arrested for harassment after they were summoned to an incident at 7 a.m. Sundayin the 8000 block of West Nottingham Drive in Polk Township.Police said a 40-year-old female and a 41-year-old male, both from Kunkletown, are facing the charges after they engaged in a physical altercation.
