Aaron Nichols, 22, of Nanticoke, and Robert Zivny II, 25, of Mountain Top, are facing charges related to July 1 shoplifting incidents at the Hometown Commons Walmart in Rush Township.

Nichols allegedly removed items valued at $104.88 and Zivny stole items valued at $487.40, according to township police.

Both will be charged with retail theft, receiving stolen property, defiant trespass, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

The incidents took place at 12:30 a.m.
