An elderly couple from East Penn Township escaped injury Sunday morning when involved in a crash along Semmel's Hill in Mahoning Township. The crash occurred at 10:30 a.m. as the pair were traveling south and lost control of the unit while rounding a curve. The vehicle slid across the roadway rolling onto its roof. The Mahoning Valley Fire Company responded with fire police maintaining traffic control at the scene. Township police OIC Audie Mertz is investigating the incident.
