Tamaqua was the lone local Schuylkill League girls team to come away with a victory on Monday night.

Three players scored in double figures as Tamaqua posted a 46-36 Schuylkill League Division I victory over Blue Mountain.

Christine Streisel led the Blue Raiders with 13 points, while Maria Streisel and Amanda Solt both hit double figures with 10 points a piece.

The Blue Eagles' Cassie Woleschok finished with a team-high 11 points, while Abby Fanelli added 10.

In the JV game, Blue Mountain cruised to a 50-8 win.

Lauren Camiter led a balanced Spartans' attack with a 11 points, while Tiffany Lapotsky netted 10.

Abbey Whildin paced the Panthers with 10 points.

Panther Valley slips to 9-8 overall and 2-6 in the league.

Lourdes Regional held off a late surge by Marian to escape with a 41-38 Schuylkill League victory.

With less than a minute to play, the Fillies pulled within three, but had to foul and the Raiders made good from the charity stripe.

Rachel Schultz paced Lourdes with 15 points.

The Fillies' Gabby Green tied Schultz for game-high honors with 15 points.

In the JV game, Marian earned a 24-22 win.

Emma Schweigert's 26-point performance was enough to spark Schuylkill Haven to a 50-32 Schuylkill League win over visiting Weatherly.

Hurricane teammate Abby Woleschok followed with 16 points.

The Wreckers (4-10 overall; 1-8 league) received a team-high 16 points from Alexis Boyarski.

In the JV game, Weatherly came out on top with a 44-17 victory. Tea Heister led the Wreckers with 13 points.
