Currently, the only forms of gambling authorized by statute in Pennsylvania are:

Ÿ Gambling activities conducted pursuant to the Horse Racing Industry Reform Act.

Ÿ Pennsylvania Lottery

Ÿ Bingo conducted pursuant to the Bingo Law

Ÿ Gambling activities conducted pursuant to the Local Option Small Games of Chance Act

Ÿ Gambling activities conducted pursuant to the Pennsylvania Race Horse Development and Gaming Act (slots).

Games of chance that are permitted are:

Ÿ Punchboards

Ÿ Pull-Tabs

Ÿ Raffles (including lotteries)

Ÿ Daily Drawings

Ÿ Weekly Drawings

Ÿ 50/50 Drawings

Ÿ Major League Sports Drawing
