Dear Editor:

All I hear is they want our gun and our ammo.

As far as I'm concerned that's as wrong as can be.

I don't care if you own a gun.

My problem is assault weapons and large clips of ammo. I don't care if you defend yourself or hunt, I think that's great. But let's face it, you don't need clips of 50 or 100 bullets on a semi automatic or a fully automatic weapon.

Those kinds of weapons are for the military only. Other weapons that aren't military weapons are OK for self defense on hunting, but on 20 elementary kids in their classroom or 270 kids in Chicago in a year or all the other killings in malls - theaters - schools and other places must stop. It's not against the second amendment. It's against murder.
