A Lehigh County resident is facing a charge of retail theft following an incident at a department store.

State police at Fogelsville said they responded to Kohl's Department store, located at 6900 Hamilton Blvd., in Lower Macungie Township, about 4:20 p.m. on Sunday, Feb. 17, for a report of a theft incident.On scene troopers said store security had Adam John Kooker, 21, of Breinigsville, in custody. He allegedly was caught attempting to leave the store with multiple items of merchandise without paying for them.
