Alzheimer Caregivers

The Alzheimer Association Caregiver Support Group at Blue Mountain Health System meets monthly from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. in the third-floor conference room at the Palmerton campus at 135 Lafayette Ave. in Palmerton.Members learn, offer and receive helpful tips, and meet others coping with Alzheimer's disease or another dementia. The atmosphere is one of sharing and caring friendship and the environment is a confidential and nonjudgmental place to share ideas, frustrations, anger and joy.There is no charge and anyone seeking support and knowledge of Alzheimer's and dementia is welcome.
