Carbon County Environmental Education Center will host a program, "What Are We Going to Eat?" at noon Saturday, Feb. 9.

Everyone makes food choices every day, but where does food come from? How does it get from "there" to the stores to our table? This program discusses how much energy is really in the food we eat and how it is used by our bodies. The program will explore food choices and help us to become better informed about those choices. Some "food for thought" will be offered at the conclusion of the program.The program is for ages 8 and up.For more information or to register for this program, call (570) 645-8597.
