Two Pine Grove men are facing charges of simple assault after assaulting two Donaldson men at 5 p.m. Jan. 21 ar 538 W. Center St., Frailey Township, according to state police at the Schuylkill Haven barracks,

Charged are Kyle Humphrey, 25, and Bradley M. Kellpey, 23.Police said the victims are John J. Gunman, 28, and Gary R. Lucas, 57.Police said Gunman received a telephone call around 2 p.m. on the above date, in which Kellpey harassed him and said he was going to show up at his house and knock his teeth in. Police said at 5 p.m., Humphrey and Kellpey arrived at the residence and punched Gunman on the side of the face, knocking him to the ground. Both men continued to attack Gunman, police said.Lucas was assaulted when he was shoved down and attacked as he tried to stop the assailants from striking the victim.
