Dear Editor:

We always been under the impression, that if a neighbor on your street don't take care of their property it bring your property value down. That's no matter what you did to improve yours.I thought if he didn't make repairs - get rid of weeds, cut grass and at least keep their home fairly clean that they would get a citation.Dirty - smelly apartments - high weeks that bring rodents and unusual pests with standing water. Bring germs and sickness.I think Carbon County needs a health department that would handle these problems. Citations and fines. Why should people get sick because some people are too lazy to take care of things they should.I remain,Robert (Ski) Siesputowski
