A driver was cited following a two-vehicle crash that occurred at 6:48 p.m. on Tuesday along Kernsville Road in Lowhill Township, Lehigh County.

State police at Fogelsville said Richard Lacourt Jr., 26, of Allentown, driving a 2010 Chevrolet Express, was stopped in the driveway at 7142 Kernsville Road, and attempting to turn left. Gary L. Dunbar, 48, of Danielsville, driving a 2002 Chrysler Sebring, was eastbound.Troopers said Lacourt pulled out in front of Dunbar causing a collision. No one was injured. Both vehicles had be towed from the scene.Troopers cited Lacourt for vehicle entering or crossing a roadway.
