State police at the Fogelsville barracks said a car driven by a Fogelsville woman struck a deer at 5:33 p.m. Dec. 5 on Kernsville Road in Lowhill Township.

Police said Jessica A. Siegfried, 27, was uninjured in the mishap.

Pollice said she was eastbound when the deer entered the roadway in front of her 2002 Subaru Forester. Police said the front bumper of the car made impact with the deer after which time the woman pulled the vehicle into a parking lot at Leather Corner Post.
