A Coaldale woman who admitted selling heroin to a confidential informant last March will serve six to 18 months in state prison.

Carbon County Judge Joseph Matika on Monday agreed to give Dale Ann Stevens, 42, credit for the 103 days she's already been in prison.

Stevens pleaded guilty on July 11 to one count of delivery of a controlled substance.

According to police, Stevens on March 7 sold the drug to the informant at 82 W. Center St., Nesquehoning. Additional drug-related charges were dropped in plea negotiations.
