Carbon-Schuylkill Community Theater will present an original holiday show this weekend at Lehighton Borough Annex Auditorium, 110 N. Third St., Lehighton.

"Another Holiday Show," is written and directed by Jonathan M. Rodgers. It is a musical about preparing for "yet another holiday show" in a theater company, and encompasses the popular "show within a show" concept.

The revue-style production was written to highlight some of the voices and talent of the Carbon Schuylkill Community Theater members.

"Another Holiday Show" is set in a small town theater and takes place from Thanksgiving through the holiday weekend.

The story line highlights the quirky, silly, fun, real and dramatic lives of a theater troupe that is preparing for its holiday show.

The production features the "All Star Voices" from H.T.O. Services. This group of children who sing and dance are from Lehighton, Nesquehoning, Lansford, Summit Hill and Jim Thorpe.

The children range in age from 3-12 and are choreographed for the performance by Brenda Fritzinger.

Lead roles include: Sally (Michelle Stoudt), Jason (Jonathan M. Rodgers), Kirk (Jim Cimms) and Linda (Shirley Rodgers).
